This kit is available in 60 and 100 foot lengths. It
is extremely easy to use, portable, and
economically priced. It comes with all the
components listed below including storage bag.
Designed for the concrete and steel industry.The
crossed arm end straps can be substituted upon
request for wire rope cross arm slings for use on
termination points with sharp edges.

The unit consists of the following
• 2 - 6’ anchor slings
• 2 - carabiners
• 12 strand polyester
• 1 - tensioning device
• 2 - “O” rings
• Carrying bag

Horizontal Lifeline System consists of the following:

-Unitensioner TM
-5/8" Dia. Sythetic rope
-Two anchorage webbing or cable slings
-Two carbiners
-Two steel o-rings
-Nylon carrying bag

This unit performs the following functions:
1. Stretching the sythetic rope
2. Maintaining and controlling desired tension
3. Absorbing motive energy of the fall
4. Permitting adjustments to the system. These adjustments to the system will substantially reduce the forces on the anchorages in case of a fall.

Horizontal Lifeline System Steel consists of the following:

-3/8" x 120' S.S. Cable with 3/4" x 18" turnbuckle attached
-Dual shock pack with double D-rings
-3-3/8" Drop forged clips
-2-1/2" Safety anchor shackles
-Pass through intermediate. Note: Mandatory every 60'
-2-3/4" machinery eyebolts with safety nuts

Consists of the following:

• 1 - basket sling
• 1 - basket sling with Quad Pack
• 1 - 3/4” x 12” turnbuckle attached
to 1/2” x 120’ gal cable
• Re-enforced steel or concrete intermediates
• 2 - 3/4” safety shackles
• 3 - 1/2” D.F. clip
• 1 1/2” H.D. thimble

Consists of the following:

• 1 - crescent basket sling with Quad Pack
• 1 - 3/4” x 12” turnbuckle attached
to 1/2” x 120’ gal cable
• Re-enforced steel or concrete intermediates
• 2 - 3/4” safety shackles
• 1 1/2” H.D. thimble
• 2 Beam Clamp min MBL 20,000 LBS
